In order to actively promote the TOC(Theory of Constraints or Theory of Constraints) project and ensure the effective implementation of the TOC management system, Zhejiang Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Hangxiao Steel Structure) organized relevant responsible persons to conduct training for the managers of each department of Hangxiao Steel Structure and the internal trainers designated for the department-level training of the TOC management system and operation standards. It has enabled people to have a deeper understanding of the TOC management system.

TOC(Theory of constraints) was founded by Dr. Goldrat, an Israeli physicist. Its core idea is to base on the enterprise system and achieve the goal of synchronous and overall improvement of all links of the system by focusing on the improvement of bottlenecks. Through this training, personnel at all levels of Hangxiao Steel Structure have gained a deeper understanding of TOC. They have also gained a better understanding of the specific TOC work to be carried out in the next step from the perspective of standardized systems, in order to promote continuous innovation in the company's project management and production management.
